I've been to the gym on and off for a few years now and It's easy to loose interest if everything seems too difficult or you're not seeing the gains you expected. My dilemma was also being prone to picking up viruses on the way to or from the gym, so every time i was gaining, I got knocked back again.
I also found myself yawning too much in the gym and just wanted to go to sleep. consequently I found myself doing some research and came up with what appears to be the perfect answer for me.
To combat the tiredness I use Pure Labs Turbo 2 and for strength gains....and I mean STRENGTH GAINS! I decided to use Epistane.
I considered myself a beginner and purchased the 'Beginners Stack' Epistane, Clomadex and Thistle.
Epistane takes a while to have its effect, I'd say around ten days, but I'm sure this varies from person to person. I found that In the space of three weeks after six months away from the gym with no exercise, I had doubled and even tripled my weights. Lets take Lats for instance...from 80/100lb to 1751b! Thighs 90lb to 145lb. Lats 70lb to 145lb.
Now these are respectable weights and i've never experienced gains so quickly BUT.....guess what? I've just torn a muscle in my left shoulder and have been away from the gym for a week. The pain has been intense and I can't sleep, however i'm on the mend and can't wait to get back.
By the way, you'll see very noticeable gains also.
